New Web Server Added

Today sees the addition of a new win2k3 WEB server to our network. By adding this server we are keeping our expansion of systems growing at a steady rate. This server has all standard web features installed and is now accepting domains from the HELM control server. At this time any domains added to HELM will be added to this server by Bias until all servers are balanced and then domains will be added in a balanced format.
