By default, every new website comes with 1 FTP account, if you require additional accounts for a domain, you can purchase these from the 'Extra Features' section of your control panel.
If you wish to change your FTP details, follow these simple steps :
- Enter your control panel using the login on the
homepage
- Within your control panel click on the domains Icon
- You are now in the main area for control of your
domain
- From here click FTP Accounts
- Click into the relevant FTP username.
- Select a new password and amend the folder settings as necessary
- Click Save
